About the Event
Gabrielle and Marsha will be taking you on a sonic and somatic journey to awaken your body and brighten your senses.
Starting slowly, working with the breath and celestial vibrations to settle your body mind and gather you into your inner realm.
Movement will begin gently, carried by Marsha's blissful tunes and soulful swoons.
The class will gather momentum, creating a flow that dances on the sweet vibes of summer, harnessing the energy of moving in unison with a room of other beautiful humans.
An Awakening, a prayer and a blessing to start to the weekend.
These offerings are a co-creation with a beautiful collection of sweet human beings, including established teachers, much loved DJs, classical musicians and emerging artists.
As we transition into the Autumn and a new cycle, these gatherings are designed to honour the power of our bodies as part of a larger community and ecosystem.
A rememberance of presence, changeability and togetherness.
Intended to set the tone and tune your body for the weekend ahead.
Each session is a unique weaving together of music and movement, a somatic journey cresting on a live soundtrack to invite your body to move and make your cells sing, all in a room glowing with the energy of beautiful humans moving in unison.
