We love working with you to create something personal and inspiring.
Whether it’s a big immersive happening for brand launches or site activations - story that stays in the conversation and the cells, beyond instagram.
Or perhaps you’d like to introduce your colleagues to some practices to spark their inspiration, teach them tools to soothe their stress or offer bonding experiences, minus the hangover. We’ll happily work with you to build a day or workshop around your specific needs.

How do I add a new I want to host an event for my friends, but I know some of them have never practiced yoga. Will they enjoy this?"We carefully select a teacher and a practice to suit your group and the style of event. We can choose someone who teaches more dynamic yoga, with an R&B playlist, or a teacher with a very slow, stripped back style for beginners who are allergic to ‘spiritual stuff’. We can also dive into a deeply transformative experience, explore the breath or offer a cosmic sound bath for groups who prefer to go straight into receiving the shimmers with no exertion!

Do I need to organise the venue?We host small groups of up to 15 (dependent on regulations) in our home studio. The space is light, airy and beautifully designed. We’ve been tending the large garden at the back, so when the weather is good we have the freedom to practise amongst the flowers. If you wish to hold a larger event, then we source an appropriate location that works with your budget.

Can we have wine?Yes! We offer delicious natural wine with dinner. There is also the option to order more, or bring your own.

How do brand activations work?You fill out the form, so we have a little information before a discovery call to explore the purpose of the event, location, capacity and content. After the call, if you then decide you’d like to work with us, we build an original proposal for you for a fee, which is then deductible from the final invoice. This ensures that we both honour the time and experience invested into dreaming up your bespoke offering.

How do other events work?You kindly fill out a form to give us an idea of the event you are creating, including the type of offerings you’d like to explore, the number of guests, approximate date and the budget. Once we have received your form, we book a discovery call so we can meet each other and set the magic in motion. To secure your event, 50% of the booking is required. The remaining 50% is due one month before we gather.

Do I need to sign anything?Once we have agreed a budget and the offering, we both sign a contract to protect ourselves.

What happens if covid restrictions interrupt our capacity to host our event?As a small business in these uncertain times, we are sadly not in a position to offer refunds to our events. Should we not be able to bring our dreams to life on the date agreed, we will always do our absolute best to reschedule on a date that works for you. There is always the option to organise an alternative online arrangement, should this be preferable.
