SYC will carry out regular cleaning of high-contact touch points throughout the premises every day.
We have ensured necessary processes are in place to make sure social distancing is adhered to at all times
for all staff, students and clients with 1m spacing between people and good air ventilation.

Changing Room/Saunas/Showers/Toilets
All practitioners must arrive wearing the clothes they will practise in. No changing room will be
available.
Spray and cloths will be available for student/client use for touch points in toilets.

Studios
We ask for all staff and students to follow the social distancing guidelines (1m with good ventilation) at
all times. We have changed our studio layouts to allow for appropriate space between each mat.
There will be a minimum 30-minute window in between classes for thorough cleaning and sanitisation, so
no ‘waiting around’ in groups.
SYC will provide mats but recommend that students bring their own mat and any props that they would
like to use. The use of SYC props will be kept to an absolute minimum and they, along with our mats,
will be sanitised after being used.
