When the Soul is Free

Beyond conditioning and form, we can be free. Who is to say what life we should be living? Who is to know where happiness lives, where beauty can be found?

It takes courage to be yourself, and to live who you are. There are no happy endings, although a life of grace, compassion and fulfilment is your birthright.

We each must discover what it means to be free.

Wether it unfolds as you imagine or takes you by surprise, life truly is the greatest teacher and once we are open and awake to the rhythms that surround us, we can participate in the greatest mystery of all, the unfolding of life as it dances moment by moment.

Unpredictable, spontaneous and free. Quiet sometimes, expressive others. Joyful and with depth, our own true nature is ever alive.

If we are given space to let go, we can find ourselves. If we are loved for who we are we can be home.

With simplicity, compassion, space and attention, we will weave the language of love into our beings and experience the deep exhale that comes when we connect with our souls.
