About the Event
Yoga and breathwork, followed by a simple and nourishing home cooked meal.
Portals open at 6.30 for a prompt 7.00 pm start.
Address will be sent to you once you book your spot.
Our home has a lovely and friendly puppy. She will be in out in the park or nestled into a her bed whilst we practise, but she may be here to say hello at the beginning of the session.
To keep everyone safe, please ensure that if you have any COVID symptoms or you have been in contct with someone that does, you do not attend and put our community at risk.
All meals will be vegetarian, but please email any food allergies or other requirements to Gabrielle by Sunday evening. Gabrielle@secretyogaclub.co.uk
