Letty Mitchel + Suren Seneviratne

31.07.21

When there is more flow, there is less friction in the world.

Letty teaches a poetic and graceful class. Always ushering people within with clarity and care. As a yoga teacher with a dance background and a deep commitment to cultivating equality and kindness within communities, she knows the stories our bodies hold and loves to teach with tenderness, to create new neural pathways and uplifting somatic narratives.

This is a safe space for everyone, beginners welcome, wishing to take some time out to breathe,  reconnect and remember our power. Through breath work, meditation, mindfulness techniques and gentle fluid movement you will reset the nervous system, shift stagnated energy in the body, and develop a higher state of conscious awareness.

Tools that you can take and apply to every aspect of your life to create an overall greater sense of grounding, wellbeing and clarity.

Suren is a talented musician and will be weaving his multilayered soundscape through the session, carrying the rhythm and mood of the class with his unique blend of textures and melodies. Cultivating joy and harmony within the body.
